Leadership Giving
You can make a difference.
United Way of Baytown Area's Leadership Giving Program is a way for people to make a difference in the lives of others through a meaningful gift of financial support.
For the 2010 campaign, conducted in Fall 2009, 726 individuals made a Leadership Giving commitment to United Way of Baytown Area. These gifts totaled $902,060 which represents approximately one-third of the overall 2010 campaign total.
Leadership givers are people like you - people who care and have both the motivation and the means to help provide for the needs of the community.
In turn, your leadership may inspire others to follow your example.

The Leadership Giving Committee planned and recently hosted, in collaboration with Baytown Little Theatre, an exclusive performance of the play Jake's Women by Neil Simon to show appreciation to individuals who contributed $1,000 or more during the 2009-2010 campaign. ExxonMobil sponsored refreshments for guests prior to the show.
