Carol Scraper receives congratulations on being elected board president for United Way of Baytown Area for 2010-2011 from Gilbert Santana, who served as United Way board president for 2009-2010. Ms. Scraper recently retired as director of operations for San Jacinto Methodist Family Medicine Residency.
